These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and batosi in relation to your use of the platform and supersede any prior representations, communications, or agreements.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the batosi platform and close your Account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The batosi platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account or use any of the Services. batosi reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be under 18, their Account will be immediately closed, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any Real Money Funds will be returned less any amounts won using those funds.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the batosi platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it. batosi provides no warranty or representation that the Services are lawful, appropriate, or available in any particular jurisdiction. Access to the Services from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is undertaken at the Player's own risk and batosi accepts no liability in such circumstances.
Each Player may hold only one registered Account on batosi. Creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, address, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. batosi reserves the right to close all such Accounts and void any balances held within them upon detection of duplicate registration.
When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times. batosi shall not be liable for any errors, losses, or delays resulting from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the Player.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify batosi immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach. batosi will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by any third party — will be treated as having been conducted by you and you shall remain liable accordingly.
batosi reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo identification card (National ID, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by batosi may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or closure of the Account.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting batosi customer support. Pending bets will be settled in the normal course; once all pending bets are settled, the remaining Real Money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure. Accounts closed for responsible gaming or self-exclusion reasons are subject to the additional provisions set out in Section 9.
batosi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in BDT. batosi does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or payment methods not listed on the platform. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time and batosi reserves the right to add or remove methods with reasonable notice to Players.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within the platform and may vary by payment method and Account verification status. batosi reserves the right to adjust transaction limits for individual Accounts based on verification status, account history, or responsible gaming considerations.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. batosi aims to process withdrawal requests for fully verified Accounts within 2–4 hours of the request being submitted during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. batosi is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers or network conditions outside our control.
By depositing funds into your batosi Account, you confirm that you are the authorised account holder for the payment method used and that the funds are from a legitimate source. You must not deposit funds derived from illegal activity. batosi reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations and may request supporting documentation before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
batosi does not currently charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply transaction charges or limits under their own terms. batosi is not responsible for any such third-party charges and recommends that Players review the fee schedules of their chosen payment provider.
Bonuses and promotions offered by batosi are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, which will include the applicable Wagering Requirement, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, validity period, and any maximum withdrawal limit applicable to bonus-derived winnings. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that specific bonus only.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered the number of times stated in the applicable promotion terms before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Wagering on certain game categories (for example, live dealer games or progressive jackpot slots) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward fulfilment of a Wagering Requirement — the eligible games and contribution rates will be stated in the promotion terms. Withdrawing Real Money Funds before a Wagering Requirement is completed will result in the forfeiture of associated Bonus Funds and any winnings attributed to them.
batosi reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold or reclaim any bonus-derived winnings from any Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; depositing funds solely to claim a bonus with no genuine intention to wager; exploiting low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements; and using third-party funds or coordinating with other Players to collectively exploit a promotion.
batosi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a Player is in the process of fulfilling an associated Wagering Requirement, batosi will honour the promotion on the terms under which it was claimed, provided that the Player has acted in good faith and in compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

batosi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or damage to third-party systems, even if batosi has been advised of the possibility of such damages. batosi is not liable for losses arising from: force majeure events; failures of third-party payment systems, internet service providers, or telecommunications networks; changes in law or regulatory requirements; or acts or omissions of third-party game providers.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude batosi's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
